Different Types of Tungsten Carbide in Wear Plate and Cutting Ring
Type Ⅰ: Whole Tungsten Carbide
In order to improve the service life, the wear plate and cutting ring working surface are welded by double tungsten carbide rings, the tungsten carbide thickness is more than 7mm, the width is 30mm， and there is a 6.5mm tungsten carbide sleeve at the inner ring。
The whole tungsten carbide wear plate and cutting ring HRA is 86, the strength is greater than 2500N/mm2. The wear plate service life is not lower than 60,000cbm, cutting ring service life is not lower than 40,000cbm.
Type Ⅱ: “L” shape Tungsten Carbide
Welded “L” shape tungsten carbide on the wear plate and cutting ring working surface, so-called “L” shape tungsten carbide, the tungsten carbide thickness is 7mm, width is 23-25mm. Weld the inner ring with a VAUTID-150 welding rod. “L” shape tungsten carbide wear plate and cutting ring HRA is 86, HRC is 62, and the intensity is more than 2500N/mm2. The wear plate service life is no less than 50,000cbm, cutting ring service life is no less than 30,000cbm.
Type Ⅲ: Double Tungsten Carbide Ring
Welded double tungsten carbide on the wear plate and cutting ring working surface, the tungsten carbide thickness is 7mm, width is 30mm. Weld the inner ring with a VAUTID-150 welding rod. Double tungsten carbide ring wearing plate and cutting ring HRA is 86, HRC is 62, and the intensity is greater than 2500N/mm2. The wear plate lifetime is more than 40,000cbm, cutting ring lifetime is more than 30,000cbm.
Type Ⅳ: Double Tungsten Carbide
Welded inside with 6mm thick tungsten carbide on the wear plate and cutting ring working surface, and 8mm thick and 5mm wide tungsten carbide sheets are welded outside. The width is 20mm. Weld the inner ring with a VAUTID-150 welding rod. The wear plate lifetime is more than 35,000cbm, cutting ring lifetime is more than 18,000cbm.
Type Ⅴ: Tungsten Carbide
Welded 6mm thick tungsten carbide on the wear plate and cutting ring working surface. Weld the inner ring with a VAUTID-150 welding rod. The wear plate lifetime is more than 30,000cbm, cutting ring lifetime is more than 15,000cbm.
