Disassembly of plunger cylinder
- Turn off the pump truck and press the first hydraulic cylinder back to its original position.
- Disassemble the flange connecting bolts of the swing cylinder and remove the plunger cylinder.
- Clean and remove the old sealing ring on the disassembled swing cylinder.
Cleaning of old sealing ring
- Use specialized tools or manual tools to clean the old sealing ring in the groove of the plunger cylinder sealing ring.
- Use an oil soaked cloth to clean any debris in the sealing ring groove.
Installation of new sealing ring
- Place the new sealing ring in the sealing ring groove and use a suitable professional tool to compact the sealing ring.
- Cut off the excess new sealing ring material.
Lubricating grease filling
- Apply lubricating grease to both ends of the plunger cylinder, ensuring that the grease covers the entire sealing ring.
- Reinstall the swing cylinder onto the pump truck.
Installation of plunger cylinder
- Install the plunger cylinder back into the pump truck, ensuring that the axis of the swing cylinder is level with the axis of the pump truck.
- Connect the flange bolts of the plunger cylinder and tighten them one by one to the specified torque value.
matters needing attention:
- During the disassembly process of the plunger cylinder, be careful not to damage the sealing ring groove and sealing ring.
- When installing a new sealing ring, professional tools and experienced technicians should be used.
- During the tightening process of the connecting bolts of the plunger cylinder, it is necessary to tighten them according to the specified torque value to ensure a tight connection.
- When adding lubricating grease, pay attention to the quality and amount of the grease.
- During the installation of the plunger cylinder and the pump truck, it is necessary to ensure that the axis of the plunger cylinder and the axis of the pump truck are at the same horizontal plane to avoid problems such as leakage caused by improper installation.
