How to improve the service life of concrete pump trucks?

Application security considerations

1)Concrete pump trucks can only be used to transport concrete. Any other use (such as lifting heavy objects) is dangerous.

2)The height and distance of the pump truck boom for pumping concrete have been strictly calculated and confirmed by experiments. Any subsequent connection of the end hose or the extension of the end hose by more than 3m is not allowed, and the resulting risks It is the responsibility of the operator himself.

3)Unauthorized modifications to the pump truck that may affect safety are prohibited, including changing the safety pressure knife, the running speed, the wall thickness of the pipe on the ground, and the control program or line. Changes to the boom and legs, etc.

4)Pump truck operators must wear safety helmets and abide by safety regulations and safety procedures on the construction site.

Support safety precautions

1)The supporting ground must be level. Otherwise, it will be necessary to make a horizontal support surface. Cannot be supported on holes.

2)The pump truck must be supported on solid ground. Suppose the maximum pressure of the outriggers is greater than the allowable pressure on the ground. In that case, support plates or auxiliary square timbers must be used to increase the support surface area.

3)When the pump truck is supported near a pit or slope, sufficient safety distance should be maintained.

4)When supporting, make sure that the whole machine is in a horizontal state, and that the maximum horizontal deflection angle of the whole device in the front, rear, left, and right does not exceed 3 degrees.

5)When unfolding or retracting the outriggers, the range within which the outriggers rotate is a dangerous area, and people may be pinched within the range.

6)When supporting, all outriggers must telescope and unfold to the specified position (the arrows on the outriggers are aligned with the support ears, and the arrows on the front outrigger arms are aligned with the arrows on the front outrigger arms), otherwise there is a risk of overturning.

7)The outriggers must be supported as required before the boom can be operated. The outriggers must be folded up and placed on the main support of the boom before the outriggers can be retracted.

8)If factors that reduce stability occur, the boom must be retracted immediately and then supported again as required. , factors that reduce stability include changes in ground conditions caused by rain, snow, or other water sources.
